What do I want to know from teachers in other communities?

Rank the following items of concern in order of importance:

1.     Discipline policies, i.e., “tardy policy” (I wish we had a school wide plan!)

2.     Technology integration (Do I use technology weekly to enhance learning?)

3.     Laptop policies (Do you give free laptop time? How do you ensure the laptop is not a distraction?)

4.     Tutoring/motivating students to improve grades (What works for you?)

Visual Ranking Setup

-       teachers are placed into groups based on their community

-       teachers are given a login per community

-       teachers rank all survey questions but place a comment in one box!

-       Responses are broadcasted on the projector along with group results

-       Teacher will see their results (by SLC) and compare to other SLC’s

-       Estimated time at table per teacher: 2minutes
